Diana Newman is an artist living and working in Fairhope, Alabama. Diana has always been a creative, design-focused person with a deep appreciation for the visual arts and a knack for composition. In 2018, she started channeling her creative eye in her own artwork and is currently shown in fine art galleries across South Alabama. In 2019, she was selected as an “Alabama Emerging Artist.” Diana’s work is abstract, playful, deconstructed/reconstructed — often utilizing texture and form as a conduit to convey child-hood memories and emotion in her work.  She uses a variety of mediums and tools to achieve structure and texture in her work.

Commissions are welcomed and available work is for sale at Ashland Gallery in Mobile and Lyons Share Art Gallery in Fairhope, Alabama.
